Q: I heard it can be very painful, is that true?
A:
Not with NON peroxide whitening.
With peroxide bleaching it is the case that it can cause quite a lot discomfort and sensitivity.

A: Again, this may be the case with Peroxide, the system we use is mild and gentle.
Q: Who will benefit from cosmetic teeth whitening?
A:
People who have external staining from life style factors like smoking, consumption of coffees, teas, red wine etc....
Most people with other words. The process is not effective for miscolourations due to tetracycline, fluorosis
Q:How white will the teeth be?
A:
This really depends on many factors, how far away are they from their natural shade? Cosmetic whitening does not add colour, rather it removes staining.
What is the natural shade of your teeth? Some people have more yellow teeth naturally. Typically to get the extreme white you see in Hollywood stars, you would need to get veneers done.
Q:Should I go to the dentist before I whiten my teeth?
A: We do encourage people do go to a dentist regularly, if you haven't been within the last 6 months we suggest you go for a check up first.
People with tartar built up should visit a hygienist first or the whitening may not be as effective.
Q:Who should not have have their teeth whitened?
A:
Pregnant or lactating women, people with inflamed or bleeding gums, periodontal disease, people under age of 18 need parental consent
