First Time Appointment
When you make an appointment you agree with the terms presented on this page. These terms are subject to change and you are encouraged to read these regularly. When you make an appointment for the first time we will register you into our electronic system with your first and last name, phone number, and email. A treatment card may also be kept on file.
All information about you will be kept safely and will never be shared out to any third party unless we are required to do so by law.
Appointments Include consultation, treatment and after care advice.
We accept that occasionally it is necessary to change or cancel an appointment. However, we do request you provide 24 hours notice so we can fill the appointment time. Otherwise you will be charged your full treatment cost. We may waive this in special circumstances at our discretion. We just ask that you respect our time.
Prices for our services are published on this website and in the salon. If you find there is some service, treatment, part of a treatment which has not been priced, or you are not clear about pricing for services then we encourage you to discuss this with us prior to treatment.
If you are late to your appointment we may need to reduce your treatment time. Very late arrival may mean your treatment will need to be rescheduled and you may become subject to our cancellation policy.
We accept cash, in Czech Korunas.
To continue with a suitable skin care regime, your therapist will advise you of the most effective products for home use. We stock products for all skin types, we can also order products for you specifically.
Are available at reception and are valid for 3 months.
In some cases such as special treatment types we may ask for a deposit to reserve an appointment.
